Prime Minister should pay attention to the demands of senior citizens of Sindri.... D.N. Singh, President, Sindri Family

Dhanbad/Sindri: Sindri family president DN Singh told 

 Election season is at its peak in Jharkhand and Maharashtra.

Leaders of all parties are visiting different assembly constituencies and making a lot of promises. D N Singh said 

I would like to put the following points before him. 

In the year 1959-60, the then CM of Bihar Shri Babu had started water supply.

Earlier, water was supplied through water tankers by Dhanbad Municipality in Dhanbad city. Damodar river water was sent from Jamadowa to Dhanbad. Today water was supplied from Maithon to Dhanbad. The problem remains the same in the last 65 years, yet the people of Dhanbad are thirsty. Since the MP and MLA have been from the same party for the last three-four times, they cannot say that they did not get time to resolve the issue. DN Singh said, let the summer come, then see the water distribution in Dhanbad.

Deep boring is not allowed and most of the hand pumps that are there are defunct. The hand pump near a political party is also not working.

 Just a day or two ago, our PM had announced the opening of AIIMS in Darbhanga.

But what about the 210-bed hospital in Sindri? Still waiting that some day PM or CM will come and announce the opening of the closed hospital of Sindri.

Don't the people of Sindri and surrounding areas need medical facilities?

PM and CM have visited the area two-three times, but no one said anything regarding Sindri Hospital.

People of Dhanbad and surrounding areas request the Prime Minister and Railway Minister to please provide long distance trains to Dhanbad as no political leader will raise these issues.

Once again I, on behalf of all the pensioners, request our Prime Minister and Labor Minister to please take note of our pitiful condition and increase our pension. We got assurances from you several times but nothing happened.

I once again request the Prime Minister and the Railway Minister to please restart rail tickets for senior citizens. As before the Corona period, senior citizens were getting benefits in rail fares. there is nothing new. I am demanding 40 and 50 percent of the full fare.
