Highlights of 04th Day UG Induction Programme at BIT, Sindri

 Sindri :Fourth day of Induction Programme (14th Sept, 2023) began with motivational Guest Lecture by Prof Ghanshyam, Chairman-Cum-Training & Placement Incharge, CDC, BIT, Sindri. Prof Sumanto Mandal, member Induction Committee formally introduced Dr. Ghanshyam, shedding light on his remarkable achievements and accomplishments at the Institute. Dr. Ghanshyam's insightful remarks resonated with the audience and the students displayed tremendous enthusiasm, voicing their concerns in their academic career. Dr. Ghanshyam conducted an objective assessment of the students' opinions and counselled them to strive for excellence and urged them to work hard with dedication, discipline and commitment until they reach their goals. Dr. Ghanshyam encouraged the students to develop active listening skills, cultivate etiquette, and become proficient communicators. Addressing industry readiness and job preparedness, he underscored the pivotal role played by the Career and Development Centre in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Concluding his speech, Dr. Ghanshyam added that each student at BIT should take immense pride in their institution, recognizing it as the catalyst for their journey towards success.

Dr. Ghanshyam also virtually shared the success stories and valuable experiences of the recently placed students of 2018-2022 Batch. In the end, Honorable Director, BIT Sindri, Prof Pankaj Rai, and Dr. RK Verma offered motivational words to inspire the students and presented a token of appreciation to Dr. Ghanshyam acknowledging his contribution to the success of the ongoing Orientation Programme. The session concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Swati Tomar, who expressed gratitude to the Guest Speaker, the Organising Team and the enthusiastic student audience to make the session truly meaningful.
