Bharatiya Janata Party has rejected the new policy of commercial rent allotment, and its conditions. Have demanded change. BJP city president Arvind Pathak met OSD Surendra Singh Shekhawat in New Delhi in this regard and registered his protest regarding the commercial rent of housing allotment. Pathak demanded 50 percent discount instead of 25 percent on depositing lump sum commercial rent for 21 years. It was requested that the amount to be deposited in lieu of housing should be deposited as security money as before and instead of increasing the commercial rent by five percent every year, the rent should be increased in five years. Arvind Pathak told that OSD Surendra Singh Shekhawat listened to his request carefully and said that the decision in this regard has to be taken at the Fertilizer Ministry level, hence he will forward his request letter to the Ministry and whatever decision will be taken, he will be informed. Will go.
